Business Development Associate

Location : Hyderabad

We’re seeking a Business Development Associate to drive new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support our growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to contribute to Fleckor’s success.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research new business opportunities in branding, social media, and web development.
Client Outreach: Engage with potential clients via email, calls, and social media, introducing Fleckor’s services.
Sales Support: Assist in proposal development, client presentations, and contract discussions.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and creative teams to tailor pitches and drive conversions.
Reporting: Track and report on lead generation, sales progress, and key metrics.

Qualifications:
Experience in business development or sales (digital marketing/branding/web development preferred).
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player. Freshers are also welcome to apply !
