Rudhvik Dharamkar is a young entrepreneur, brand strategist, and changemaker passionate about innovation and impact. As the Founder & CEO of Fleckor Media LLP, a 100% bootstrapped digital marketing startup, he has built one of Hyderabad’s fastest-rising creative agencies — now served over 150+ clients across 5+ countries in less than three years. Under his leadership, Fleckor has been recognized among the Top 30 Creative Firms in India by DesignRush and acclaimed and awarded as The Fastest Rising Digital Marketing Agency in Hyderabad by the digital marketing community of Hyderabad ( Idone SEO ).

Alongside running Fleckor, Rudhvik has served as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper (GSC Hyderabad) and Advisor at Mustafa Education Foundation, collaborating with government bodies, corporations, and social organizations to drive real-world impact. As an Innovation Fellow and Empanelled Mentor at Osmania Technology Business Incubator (TBI), he has guided numerous startups in branding, marketing, and communication strategy — shaping the next generation of innovators.

Rudhvik’s entrepreneurial journey has been fueled by a mission to create purposeful innovation. Beyond business, he has led social impact initiatives such as NGO Digital Program and EducationSkillEdu, empowering nonprofits and youth through digital transformation and skill-based education. His work and leadership have earned him multiple national recognitions — including being awarded the prestigious title of Glocal Teen Hero India 2022, held at Delhi University, South Campus, where he received the honor from Mr. Priyank Kanoongo (Chairperson, NCPCR) and H.E. Shankar Prasad Sharma (Ambassador of Nepal to India).

He has also been a 2x Finalist at the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA), representing at Anna University, Chennai and IIIT Hyderabad chapters in 2023, and received special recognition from the Young Tycoon Business Challenge (YTBC) 2022 for his entrepreneurial spirit and innovation.

Rudhvik’s thought leadership has made him a sought-after speaker and mentor across India’s leading academic and entrepreneurial platforms. He has delivered guest lectures and keynote sessions at prestigious institutions such as Osmania University, KL Global Business School, Mallareddy Engineering College, Mallareddy Women’s Engineering College, Ashoka School of Business, and Avanthi PG College. He was a Keynote Speaker at the Ignite Program by Dehub in collaboration with G. Narayanamma Institute, and a Mentor at IIT Bombay’s Ideaverse Hyderabad Chapter (LIET Campus). Rudhvik has also served as a Jury Member for major innovation challenges including the MSME Hackathon 3.0 organized by WeHub and Osmania TBI, and at ICFAI Business School (IBS Hyderabad) for the National B-Plan Competition 2023.
